Ubereats

I bought big mac meal from table view Mcdonald via uber app, the burgers came very dry and burnt. I called Mcdonald and complain and sent the pictures of the burger to the manager and she told me to bring it back and get another one, i went there showed them the burger, now the manager is telling me there’s nothing wrong with the burger and they wont change it. I told her i cannot eat that dry burnt burger and I want my refund. She told me they can’t refund me cz i bought from ubereats. I left the burger at macdonalds. I sent complaint on ubereats and told them i returned the meal and i want a refund. They told me they are sorry about my experience and they will not refund me and did not explain why they wont refund me, so i lost my money for a meal I didn’t eat
