I wish I could give no stars. I am extremely diappointed. When I looked on the app where my food was it said that the delivery driver took a picture of our house from the street and said that he waited 8 minutes without being able to get hold of us on the phone? I submitted numerous complaints about this only to be told that we can't be refunded as the driver followed policy. WHAT? He never came to my door or rang the door bell which every single other delivery person does. Ubereats you should be ashamed of your lack of customer service and feeling quite good about charging me for food I did not receive. So who ate the food I paid for?
