Ubereats drivers why ***** from ur cash customers

How they allow there drivers to ***** from cash customers, then nothing gets done about it. I'm actually forced too pay the outstanding amount if i don't I can't use uber or uber eats.. The driver Name is Felix .. it's been 2 weeks now , I can't get hold of any one !!!!!
