UberEats drivers *****ing money

I ordered from Grill and Braai on Saturday and paid the driver R190 (the meal came to R185) . He took about an hour to deliver our food but we decided to look past it.

I was about to order supper again tonight and saw that I have an outstanding balance of R185 which is crazy since we paid the driver in cash. They have no email address or contact number you can call them on and this is how they get away with theft.

My family and I have been loyal to UberEats for a long time and if this is the direction that they are heading then we discontinue use of their services.
