Ubereats drivers harass people for change

I have been order food through Ubereats in Soweto the experience is not satisfactory. As a customer I prefer to pay with cash. The first driver Kule refused to bring change even though I asked prior to delivery with an attitude he told me to add my card as a payment. The second driver Wonder was refusing to give me change even though he had change on him it is disgusting how these two particular drivers harass customers because they say they do not have cash float my question is Ubereats how do you resolve cash float and change issues because your drivers are uncooperative and they harass people.
