UberEats & Drivers disgusting service

If I can give a lower report I would have. been using Uber since 2014 but he last 2 years has been a joke with UberEats! **** accounts with drivers not matching the profile and wrong vehicle or damaging your order. Tonight was the last straw. after my previous damaged order i have been sending a message to the driver before they collect my order asking to please handle my order with care and never a issue until tonight. the person talking as the profiled driver got arrogant and saying he did nothing to my order. once he arrived no surprise not the person on the profile and wrong vehicle (order was fine) how ever the driver got more arrogant saying I should not be like a woman and complain he did nothing wrong after explaining to him about my simple request which has not been an issue to other drivers he got more aggressive and saying even if I report the profile, the profile has a 90 percent rating and uber will only send him a message and his rating will remain the same. these drivers know there is no repercussion to anything that they do or say as Ubereats clearly does not care for their clientele. He also threatened and said he screenshotted my information and is living with other driver to who he will give my information and tell them all to spit in my food when they receive a order from me. this is highly disgusting and a misuse of information that Ubereats is allowing and not replying to any of my messages.

We need to boycott this app and their drivers that give that give their profiles out to other people.

It is making more sense these bike drivers that are non South African's that is getting assaulted on their bikes, I use to feel sorry for these drivers trying to make a living but after tonight I will not be using this app and hope other people also stop using this app. Mr. Delivery is better especially with reposes on any issues and their service.
