UberEats drivers didn't deliver my order

I've ordered food at 12:10 pm on your app, the expected time of arrival was 13:01 but i'm still here waiting for it. Your driver( Sinethemba, Order: 6FD06) said he'll be here in a few minutes, that was 14:11 by the way. Very disappointing i will never use it again, the last time they were an our late. The driver is very arrogant as well.
