UberEats drivers are *******

Hi So on the 26th of September I ordered food from Wimpy in East gate for the amount of R134.90 and I have opted for cash payment and driver did come with the food and I paid for it...few weeks later when my sister wanted me to request an Uber ride for her I see a message saying "Please pay R134.90" that is when I noticed that my payment was not processed on the app as I hardly use it.

Also today 03.11.22 my partner ordered food for me from Chicken Licken in Alberton because of the issue of payment on my app and he paid using his card, unfortunately the driver did not arrive, so he paid for the food that never arrived. I am so annoyed at UberEats right now!!!
