UberEats Drivers are *****s

I placed an order on the 16 October 2020 and clearly stated in the order to bring change for R100. Driver then says he doesn't have change and he said he would bring it back. Now he is not returned my change and this is my transport money. I have sent multiple emails to Uber eats and they don't even bother to respond. I contacted the franchise and they tried to assist me and also said UberEats would contact me. I am now stranded without means to go home. My order number was #C49BC.
