UberEats Drivers are *****s

I am absolutely disappointed in Uber Eats, I ordered food online fro the Chicken Licken in Beyers Naude two weeks ago, the driver sent me a message stating that he was delayed, I decided to wait outside our building to collect my parcel but he didnt pitch, he sent me a message asking what building it was and i continue to wait outside but he didnt get to my building, later i got notified he cou;ldnt find me. I went on to Uber eats support to complain but I was told it would take 10 days to be credited back to my account. now i'm checking my uber eats accounts and its says im not elegiblke for a refund because the driver tried calling me, yes he did call me but he never reached my address that day. I want my money back!!!!!!
