UberEats drivers are ********** - Food marked as delivered and has not reached my home!!

Uber eats drivers are **********. I ordered food which was alledged to be delivered and it was not. Worse part is, you do not have access to the driver to determine why he/she claimed to have delivered, when he/she clearly took the food for themselves.
