UberEats Drivers are con artists

Placed on order for the Sava Flava pizza on the 23rd August 2024. Unfortunately the driver only delivered one pizza and stated that the store only gave him one pizza instead of two pizza's.

I tried to log a query on your system and it kept on saying that your team is busy with it and will get back to me as soon as possible. It has been 3 days now and i am yet to get a response from UberEats. I called the store (Romans Pizza Darras Centre) hoping to establish if it was an error on their side or not. I was told that the driver (Seidi) collected my order complete. Unfortunately the same driver only delivered one pizza to another customer who had the same order as mine.

Could you please assist me with this issue or re-imburse me because someone else cannot benefit from my order whilst i paid for it in full.
