UberEats drivers are *******

I placed an order as I usually do on UberEats app with clear delivery instructions that state the access code for the estate and that the driver must drive through the gate and leave food by garage. The driver read the instructions because he was able to use the access code to enter the estate. Then my delivery is changed to delivered, but there’s no package by my garage. I immediately inform ubereats that the food was not delivered and get a response that the driver followed their delivery process and my order will not be delivered. The order had clear instructions and they won’t even provide proof of the delivery because the drivers normally take a photo to show where they left the order. UberEats drivers are *****ing orders because they know UberEats does not take customer complaints seriously.
