Ubereats drivers and staff are inhuman and don’t care about their customers.

I ordered food and they didn’t deliver to my location nor did the driver contacted me. But on the App after the status changed to delivered I received an image that my food was left on a gate / on the street where the driver assumed I stayed. I tried reaching out and they told me I won’t be refunded because the driver contacted me though I didn’t receive any call nor text message. And why would you leave someone’s food on the busy street and say they’ll find it? Ubereats and their staff are inhuman and I think people needs to be vigilant because what’s next? They’ll poison our food.
