UberEats drivers a ********

I order a Macon and cheese steak burger from Steers Stikland the App kept on saying Dieudonna is collecting after a few minutes it reports that food has been delivered and I did not pay,I didnt even receive that food dont know where that Dieudonna delivered ,tried contacting UberEats support but the team was unhelpful..now it says I should pay the R97.90 for something I did not receive
