Ubereats driver unprofessional

My order never arrived. I paid ZAR 252.39 for pizzas from Romans Pizza that never arrived ‼️ The driver asked for me to meet him by the Sun1 hotel. I have disability, so that's not possible. He told me I'm not going to receive my food. I called him from the app. A few times to direct him. That did not work. The app says my food was delivered but it was not.

The Help option in the app are totally useless. No number to call. No human to speak to.

Ubereats needs to decide if they want to deliver a service or not. I've had issues with their rides too.
