UberEATS driver SULAIMAN Stole my FOOD

The order was marked as completed by Uber Eats, but I never received the items. While the delivery driver attempted to call me, there was a technical issue on his device that prevented communication. I even attempted to call him back multiple times, but either there was no answer or the same audio problem persisted. Uber Eats has refused to issue a refund despite clear evidence that the goods were not delivered.
