UberEats Driver Stole Our Food

We ordered and paid for food from a local restaurant through UberEats. We recieved notification that the food had been collected by the UberEats driver and was on its way. We then recieved a message to say the order was cancelled. When I called the restaurant, the manager said that the order had been prepared and had been collected 30 minutes prior by the UberEats driver, alind with another order. We live less than 5 minutes from the restaurant.

It is impossible to to contact anyone from Uber for assistance. We did respond on the customer service section of the app without any response.

This is theft.
