UberEats: Driver stole our food!

Hi. We placed an order for delivery and Titos motorbike registration CN78DNGP from UberEats took our order from the fast food restaurant but never delivered our order to us - instead marked the delivery as completed. We immediately contacted the online support which was quite useless and the service received was rather atrocious! the person in the live chat would not provide details of the driver who had our order and rather referred us to email them. Uber Eats is useless and we will not use the service again nor suggest anyone uses it! We are still awaiting a response from them!
