Ubereats driver stole my food and no refund

My food was never deliver by Alexis as he claims on ubereats ,he stole the food after I paid ,ubereats never assisted me they canceled my order without refunding me! How ridiculous is this service to a regular customer and this driver just got a way with a whole family meal which I was suppose to feed my family with THANK YOU UBER EATS FOR TREATING YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH NO FEEDBACK !!!!!
