Ubereats driver stole my food

Today i ordered food at Nandos for delivery at my work complex. The driver Mbonisi, purportedly came through but got lost. While chatting with him in app, he refused to send me his cell phone number so i could direct him. When chatting in app, he was deliberately vague and would not make sense. This was a deliberate act of thievery disguised as failure on my part, yet i made all reasonable efforts to direct and get in touch with him. This app enables drivers to rob clients, please rethink it. Payment should be prompted by client!
