UberEats driver stole my booze

This is probably not going to make a difference to UberEats as they are used to bad ratings by now and people just keep on using them. I ordered more than R3000 worth of liquor from ubereats app. Redline liqours in edenvale made up order. Waited until vain and on my app it shows delivered. And ubereats help fowesnt work. Redline say it's not their problem. So I never recieved the liquor, redline say it's not them, cant get hold of ubereats or driver, and imm out of R3000. Pretty ****ty service.
