Ubereats driver *****s my order and Ubereats refuse to refund 😢 even after sending proof

So a couple of days ago i started my night shift and ordered some KFC via ubereats ...so i texted the guy delivering to meet me at a specific gate at work ..a gate for ambulances which i know i was waiting there ...so guy goes on the app and says order delivered and i text him like dude im here where are you ..no answer ..so im busy texting the guy and stuff nothing ...then after the ubereats "waiting time" i get sent a picture that my food delivered and no text from the guy ..im like what so i run to the other gate ask security if any order from kfc was dropped off they like no the scotter guy just came and took a picture of his scotter bag and left ...so i call the guy via app nothing still ..no reply ..report the issue to ubereats on the app to my shock im told no refund ..so like a person ****** walked back to my ward to work as my shift had started ... Ubereats again luckly guy came through and delivered on the said gate i texted even by the way my delivery instructions have the gate to deliver to but ke sizawuthini people decide to have supper with our orders cause they know ubereats wont do anything ...

They sent me a lousy email saying the guy waited and ive got screenshots to prove i was busy texting the guy and no reply back and by the way never got my refund...so guys its up to you but im never using their service anymore its disgusting that one can be ****** in broad daylight and i mean we work for this money
