UberEats driver ran away with my food

I ordered food around 14:10 and around 14:43 the app said my food is delivered. When I check on the app there is even a picture where the delivery guy left my food and that is not my place. Tried to call his number UberEats says they can’t connect me because the number it’s not linked to my App hooowww???? And he never contacted me never I’ve got a picture of where he left the food and the picture of my house I’m not sure how to provide that here.
