UBEREATS DRIVER NEVER DELIVERED MY FOOD HE STOLE MY FOOD

On the 11th of July 2022 at 21h36pm I placed an Order with Burger King Brackenfell via Ubereats. I waited for a long time for my order and the driver stole my food on the system it said he has delivered. When I called the driver, the driver said he doesnt work for Uber he doesnt know what I am taking about. I lodge a complaint with Uber.

Last week I received UberEasts response admitting that there has been an issue with the driver on their side and theil refund my money back within 3-5 days.

its now the 22 of July 2022 I still have not received my money back from UberEats. Does Uber not verify the numbers that are provided by the drivers? Is UberEats a *****?

I NEED MY MONEY NOW UBEREATS, I will take this to Twitter now.
