UberEats Driver Never Delivered My Food

I ordered a platter for one at Fishaways via ubereats on the 7th of February 2025.The uber guy arrived at the wrong gate and when I communicated that he should come to the correct gate he took a picture of my food lying on the floor outside the university of Johannesburgs gate .I went to that entrance and the security said he saw him but he never left the food there.I looked everywhere and the food wasn't there.This happened to me in Auckland Park Bunting Road at the University of Johannesburg .Uber Eats refuses to give me a refund .This was my first time using the app in Johannesburg as I am a first year student and I slept with an empty stomach.
