UBEREATS DRIVER LIES TO UBER

I am very disappointed with uber eats, the driver arrived and left my food out on the side walk of the road, he didnt message or try to call me, i cant can believe that he would leave my food on the dirty ground and the drive off.needless to say the food disappeared. uber sent me an email to say that the driver confirms that he followed all correct protocols... how disgusting they believe the lying driver and dont want to refund me....DRIVER OLIVER YOU ARE A DISGRACE!
