Ubereats driver left my food on the road and won’t pick up I can’t find the food anywhere

Ubereats driver claims he left my food on the road … what nonsense is that … there is a gate and a yard where I stay could he not leave the food at the gate if waiting for me or calling me twice was too much for him. I just want my money back he can keep the food cause now I have not eaten been waiting for 2hrs please pay my money back your service sucks … your drivers sucks a whole lot !!!!!!!! And your service is just as ****ed you not picking up been trying to call 📞
