Ubereats driver *****ing

I ordered food using Ubereats and waited for over an hour, I noticed that the app kept showing that the drivers were arriving at the pizza store and then leaving, 6 drivers in total. I eventually called the pizza store and asked what the problem was and they told me the driver took the pizzas already, however the app still showed that the delivery was pending and the current driver was waiting. When I tried to get help from ubereats I can only talk to a bot and there’s no help, so one of the drivers stole the food and left.
