UberEats driver eats the food and pretends to be lost

Contacting support was a nightmare. You can tell their repsonses are copied and pasted **** they send to every user they speak to. I ordered food, the driver pretended to be lost and after i paid for the food, he kept saying i am lost sorry but he was right next door and wouldn't let me call him or call me. I could see him passing up and down and when i called the store 2 hours later to ask if he returned the food to them, they said no. And i wasn't the first person to call them about it. His name is Eric and he asked me later on to come to him, yeah right, with all the uber hijackings happening there was no chance.
