Ubereats driver didn’t pay for delivery.

I placed an order at McDonald’s Ellispark on the 09/11/2019 which I paid for in cash upon delivery by the driver Raphael, who then probably decided to keep the money for himself and made it seem like I didn’t pay. I then couldn’t place orders using the cash payment option anymore, not know what the driver had done. I then activated my card thinking maybe there’s a problem with the cash payment option, only to have the amount which I had paid in cash for my previous order debited. This app has now turned into some ****. The drivers are running an operation of taking people’s money now.
