UberEats: Driver didn't deliver Barcelos order

I ordered some food from barcelos hatfield for lunch and the driver kept calling saying he's on his way but even when given direction never showed up to deliver. The driver did'nt even go back to return the order at barcelos. The manager at barcelos says it has nothing to do with them because it was an uber driver. I feel like i was ****med really and disapointed in this poor service.
