UberEats Driver Cancelation

I made an order with UberEats for KFC Senoane Order did not give me cash or card payment it went through and i realised it was cash, i cancelled and reordered to my amaze i was charged R59 for driver cancelation.. Which driver cancelation because driver did not even come and the order was canceled asap.. Im very much irritated by all this R59
