UberEats Driver Audacity

I ordered McDonald's via Uber eats this morning. 2 cheeseburger meal with a medium orange juice. Upon arrival of my order- the Uber driver charged me R193 but only 1/4 of my juice remained. He explained to my colleague whom I had asked to fetch the order that he spilt the juice but when I came out to hear what happened & why I must pay for non-existent orange juice he then switched up and said he doesn't speak English.

He then called his fellow Uber drivers and they came demanding to see me AT MY WORK PLACE demanding that my colleagues call me out so they can talk to me.

I am beyond ****ED... Moreover, a make up order never came even though I complained on Uber eats and yet I still paid 🚮🚮🚮
