UberEats Driver Ate My Food

I'm so disappointed with one of your drivers, and I hope after this he never gets to work for you, I ordered lunch for my boyfriend on the 8th of October from KFC, driver came through but couldn't get hold of me as I have issues with my cellphone number and I was ordering via PC not the app, it does not give you the option to text, when my boyfriend went out to get the order the guy was gone. My boyfriend then went to KFC, they tried to assist by calling the driver who bluntly said he ate the food and we must lodge a complaint and reorder. His name is Kibumba, this is very ********* of him and I don't think you want to be associated with people who work like this.
