UberEats - *********** Driver and Call Centre Agents

My wife placed an order on the AP on Saturday the 05 July for stuff from Calisto's Cresta. The driver Tomas collected the order and then called to advise he cannot find our address. on checking the app, he was located in the next street. After many conversations with him to direct him correctly, he refused to come and requested I come to his location. I mentioned to him that I am unable to drive as had a surgical procedure. He said and i quote "that is not my problem" He was a very rude and arrogant driver and made no attempt to try and get the stuff delivered. I finally managed to get my nephew to take to the garage and when arrived he was not there. i tried calling him several times and he would not answer or answer and not respond. He eventually took a pic and posted on the APP that he delivered the stuff. The APP status changed to delivered but i did not receive my stuff.

It gets even worse with the call centre who are just as *********** as the Uber drivers. We logged queries via the APP and they keep on getting resolved. I keep on updating my query on the APP to no avail. This is unacceptable UBEREATS. I want my refund urgently.
