UberEats Double Charging / Pathetic Customer support.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered on Friday night, the 9th of May from a pizza shop named Le Pizze. I was charged on ordering and then after waiting for ages for our order to arrive (over an hour and a half), with no help from customer service mind you, I was charged again. The food was also terrible, so I was supposed to receive a refund for my order too. I have tried to contact support but I get copy and paste answers from them and then they end the support chat. I feel as though I have been ****med and ******. These people need to be held responsible.
