UberEats double Charging for Meals

Good day Uber eats are rogues, who double charges you, yesterday 15.02.2020,my wife had order meals from McDonald's Cornubia, to be delived, using uber eats. When the driver, named Adeleke, arrived with the meals, he asked me to pay him in cash, so I did.later on, my wife received a sms, showing that Uber eats has also debited her account for the same amount, as the meals. I want Uber eats to refund the money to my wife, or else I will go the legal way.
