UberEats double charging

I am writing this review on behalf of my sister that used the app on Sunday 4th April 2021.

She ordered a meal which come up to R119.80, there was 2 charges of R5.99 Service Charge and R6 for Delivery. Total came to R131.79, which she had received a R75 off coupon. This brought the Total to R56.79 for Her meal. She then proceeded to pay a R13.21 Tip, as she paid with a R100 note and received R30 change. Which no receipt was given to my sister.

The driver that delivered the meal stated she did not pay a tip of R13.17, which has been added to her account and is due for payment.

I have gone through the app which said call the call centre and the call centre states to report the problem through the app. No one wants to assist with this issue.

I would like the tip to be reimbursed to Michelle's account (tips are not compulsory) and the amount owing to be removed. This will bring the account to a credit of R13.21.

The driver should also be reprimanded for his false accusation and learn how to speak up correctly with facts and not stupidity.
