UberEats don't refund you

UberEats are terrible at customer service I have never had to wait so long for a refund from Mr d or pnp asap, yes UberEats have gone now almost 2 weeks without giving me my refund. On the 29th of November I placed an order and the money came off my account, but the shop canceled my order due to no stock and now it is the 12th of December and I have yet to receive my refund. You gladly took it and now won't give it back!!!
