UberEats doesn’t want to refund me.

I ordered food from chicken licken and kfc via uber eats,i waited for the driver at the gate he never pitched then he said he waited for 8 minutes then took a picture from a place I can’t even recognise. The money was deducted from my account and uber eats doesn’t want to repay me.
