Ubereats doesn’t want to pay my refund

I placed an oder on the 15 August 2024 ,the oder was cancelled, i then saw on Ubereats app that the has been initiated it will reflect on my bank within 3 to 10 days , I haven’t received my money until this day , the company is not contactable,they dont have a call centre u only chat with them on thier app and they dont reply , i want my money Capitec bank cant even assist me.
