UberEats doesn't take responsibility

This is my 3rd time using UberEats and they messed up my order. The previous time before this they did the same. When I contacted support they refused to take responsibility. I had to battle them back and forth the last time to get a refund and this time they are telling me that I cannot get a refund on my missing items because I am abusing their refund policy. Mr Delivery takes responsibility and they correct their wrongs, their customer service is amazing and they always leave their customers happy. UberEats could take notes and learn a few things. I am no longer going to deal with Uber eats because clearly they do not know anything about customer service. Very very very dissatisfied and disappointed by my experience with them. They are robbing people by making customers pay and not refunding them when the paid items are missing.
