UberEats doesn’t do deliveries, they take your money!!!

9 times out of 10 I have issues when my order is delivered by Ubereats. Previously they would refund any errors or delivery issues but last night I spent over R300 on an order from KFC Green Point. Driver arrived with the totally wrong order (I suspect he gave our order to someone else cos there was loadshedding and it was dark). He said he would come back with the right order. That never happened! I messaged him on the app and tried to call him with no reply and eventually he just completed the order.I logged a “order was never delivered” through the app and got a nice reply explaining why I wasn’t going to get a refund!!

Totally unacceptable!!!!!
