UberEats doesn't care for its customers

The driver stole my fod, i paid by card. I reported this issue to ubereats but they did nothing instead they gave me a R25 promo code when I paid R152.90 Their support center is templates so theres no real help which is appalling I mean your driver stole my food and y'all technically stole my money I want my ****ing money from Uber ****ing eats ******* *******
