UberEats doesn't care about customers

The restaurant from which I ordered (X Burger) did not fulfil my order completely. I raised this immediately as an issue and their response was pretty much: these things happen but we're not going to refund you. So the ***** over the customer despite the mistake being with the restaurant. Completely unacceptable.
