Ubereats does not want to give me answers

I have been overcharged by R64 by Ubereats. They keep on informing me that it is because I did not select the "buy one get one free " button. They do not want to listen that I did however receive payback for one order, thus the argument of me not selecting the "Buy one get one free" button is absolutely not valid.

It is extremely frustrating that they keep on hammering on the same argument without giving a breakdown of how they manage to charge me R64 more for an order than what I should have paid.

And I now received a communication from them that they are unable to look into the matter further.

People out there - watch out. They will take your money and if you query it you get generic responses and never a detailed breakdown. And after the third response they will inform you that they cannot look into the matter any further - after they have taken your money!
