UberEats Does Not Care If You Actually Get To Eat!

I never got my order even though the app showed it was delivered and UberEats refused to refund me because "these issue do arise on occasion, but not often at this regularity". What does regularity have to do with me when know I paid for a meal I didn't receive! Find out with your so-called driver partner where he delivered my meal and give me my damn refund!
