Ubereats does not care about its customers

UberEats is unprofessional customer care. I have an ongoing issue with drivers not following the instructions to take the food to the door (mostly for my sick mother). They never read the complaints and simply cut and paste answers. I have been asking to speak to someone in Uber Cape Town about the issue and they simply refuse to engage. I usually order a minimum of 3 times a week but have decided to close my count and order from Mr D and Bolt
