UberEats - Do not order from this company

I placed an order with Uber Eats this evening. I had my notifications turned on and the app stated that the driver was arriving. I checked my CCTV camera to find a red car being pulled over by police outside of my house. I watched and waited and after some time, both cars drove away, by which point the app then told me that my order had been delivered.

I lodged a complaint and was told twice that the driver attempted to phone me and waited outside of my house for 7 minutes and that I will not be refunded. I have cctv recordings to prove that this did not happen and the driver did not come anywhere near my house. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this company, I will not be using Uber eats again after taking my money and LYING and I will make a point of telling everyone this story so that nobody else falls victim to this money hungry, ******* company again.
